2-Cell Battery Replacement for DD620NV and DD623NCV DeNova Detect Alarms

The DeNova Detect CR17500EP-2-CN13 is a 2-cell replacement battery designed for compatible DD620NV and DD623NCV DeNova Detect natural gas alarms. Use this replacement battery when your alarm requires the 2-cell battery configuration. For proper compatibility, verify your DeNova Detect alarm model and existing battery type before ordering..

1. Open the battery compartment. Locate the clear battery compartment cover on the back of the DeNova Detect Gas Alarm. Place both thumbs on the grooved arrows where the battery cover hooks snap into place.
2. Remove the battery cover. Push down firmly on the grooved arrows with your thumbs while sliding the cover off. Some force may be required.
3. Connect the battery. Insert the battery harness plug into the Gas Alarm receptacle. Do not remove the plastic wrap surrounding the batteries.
4. Check the plug orientation. The battery harness plug has a large notch that should face to the left, away from the Gas Alarm, when installed correctly. The plug is designed to fit in only one orientation.
5. Confirm the connection. When the battery harness is connected properly, a small portion of the plug will remain visible outside of the receptacle.
